Kurzbeschreibung
Your choice, your future! - Shaping your scientific career
The event is aimed at female students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral researchers from universities in Baden-Württemberg and non-profit, non-university research institutions based in Baden-Württemberg. All individuals who identify as women and find themselves in this reality are warmly invited.
This event offers a dedicated space to reflect on career aspirations, strengthening decision-making skills, and to engage in meaningful dialogue with peers at similar career stages. Bringing together early-career researchers from across Baden-Württemberg, the Empowerment Day fosters professional exchange, mutual learning, and valuable networks.
The participation of the Empowerment Day 2026 is linked to the participation in the workshops. The description of the workshops can be found here https://www.bwstiftung.de/de/programme/forschung/empowerment-tag. All workshops and the whole event will be held in English.
If the workshop of your choice is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, you will be informed by email and have the opportunity to reserve your place for 36 hours.
The number of places is limited and your application is binding. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration via the link in the reveived e-mail. The ticketing system will then automatically send a notification to the next person on the waiting list.
